An upfront FCBA consultation is charged by MDL at a fixed, one-time fee of $500.00

A creditor that violates the FCBA is accountable to the consumer for the following, according to 15 U.S.C. § 1640: A minimum of $500 and a maximum of $5,000 in statutory damages, or a larger amount if it can be shown that there is a documented pattern or practice of FCBA violations, are awarded in addition to twice the amount of any finance charge related to the billing error.
(If a credit card issuer or lender violates a consumer’s rights under the FCBA, the latter is entitled to real damages up to $5,000 in addition to statutory damages. If the lender or credit card issuer has a history of upholding customers’ rights in a similar way, punitive damages may also be awarded.)

TCPA Consultation

The TCPA prohibits unsolicited faxes, automated messaging, and telemarketing calls; it also requires consent and provides an opt-out mechanism for these kinds of communications.

(A) a lawsuit seeking actual monetary damages for each infraction or $500 in damages for each violation, whichever is higher; (B) both of these lawsuits. The amount of the award may be increased by the court to a maximum of three times the amount made available under this paragraph’s subparagraph (A) if it determines that the defendant intentionally or knowingly violated this subsection or the regulations set forth under it.
(If a customer withdraws their consent and the debt collector still calls, the creditor or collector may be liable for statutory damages ranging from $500 for each call to $1500 for willful or knowing violations.)

(1)(A) any real damages incurred by the customer as a result of the failure, or damages of at least $100 and up to $1,000; or (B) actual damages incurred by the customer as a result of the failure, or $1,000, whichever is greater, in the event that a natural person is held liable for obtaining a consumer report under false pretenses or willfully without a permit;
(Consumers may be entitled to damages for each Fair Credit Reporting Act violation up to $1,000 if a court finds that a credit agency violated the FCRA in a “willful” or careless manner.)
